    Atbdoll provides the most stringent confidential shipping services, ensuring that the outer packaging of the doll contains no information related to the doll and making every effort to ensure that every stage of transportation is discreet and secure. Below is our transportation policy:

    I. Delivery Areas

    1. Shipping Areas

    1.1 Shipping and Tax-Free Areas

    Atbdoll offers free shipping and tax-free products to the following countries and regions:

    • Americas: United States (mainland), Canada.
    • Europe: United Kingdom, Netherlands, Germany, France, Belgium, Luxembourg, Poland, Slovenia, Slovakia, Czech Republic, Croatia, Finland, Sweden, Denmark, Austria, Bulgaria, Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania, Hungary, Greece, Portugal, Italy, Spain.
    • Asia: Japan, South Korea, Malaysia, Singapore, Thailand, Indonesia, Philippines, Vietnam, Cambodia.
    • Oceania: Australia.

    1.2 Shipping but Tax-Excluded Areas

    Atbdoll offers free shipping to the following countries and regions, but buyers are responsible for paying taxes:

    • Switzerland, Norway, Israel, New Zealand, Argentina, Chile, South Africa.

    Atbdoll will provide appropriate guidance on tariff payments.

    Note: Special areas may not be fully covered, please contact Misa for inquiries.And our free shipping primarily uses air transport. However, for certain regions, such as remote areas outside the U.S. mainland (e.g., Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico), Australia, and South American countries, the default shipping method is sea transport. If you choose air transport for these regions, additional shipping fees will apply.

    2. Non-Deliverable Areas

    Atbdoll cannot ship adult dolls to the following regions and countries:

    • All Middle Eastern Islamic countries, all African countries (except South Africa), India, Brazil.

    II. Delivery Methods

    1. Local Warehouse Shipping

    We have local warehouses in the United States, Europe, and other regions. If you select a product from a local warehouse (marked with "xx In Stock"), the package will be handled by a local courier company, typically UPS, FedEx, or a well-known courier in your region (e.g., Sagawa Express in Japan).

    2. Direct Shipping from China

    2.1 Air Transport

    International air transport typically operates in two forms: single courier handling the entire process from dispatch to delivery, or segmented transport where different companies handle different stages (e.g., a Chinese courier handles the initial leg to the destination country, and a local courier handles the final delivery).

    2.1.1 Single Courier Handling the Entire Process

    We typically select couriers such as UPS, FedEx, or other well-known couriers in your country.

    This method is the fastest, as it avoids transit handover times, but it comes with higher costs and usually higher tax rates.

    2.1.2 Segmented Transport (Chinese company for initial leg, local courier for final leg)

    This delivery method takes longer, and tracking information may not be available until the package arrives in the destination country and is handed over to the local courier (in some cases, tracking may be available on specific websites; contact Atbdoll@gmail.com for details). However, this method has lower transportation costs and lower tariffs paid on your behalf. Therefore, Atbdoll defaults to this method.     2.2 Sea Transport

    Atbdoll primarily provides air transport services, but for certain regions, such as remote areas outside the U.S. mainland (e.g., Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico), Australia, and South American countries, the default method is sea transport. If you choose air transport, additional shipping fees will apply.

    All sea transport is segmented, with the initial leg handled by a shipping company and the final leg by a local courier.     2.3 Rail Transport

    Atbdoll primarily provides air transport services, but in rare cases, rail transport may be used for certain European customers. We will notify you in advance if this method is used.

    All rail transport is segmented, with the initial leg handled by a railway company and the final leg by a local courier. Tracking information may not be available until the package arrives in your country and is handed over to the local courier (in some cases, tracking may be available on specific websites; contact Atbdoll@gmail.com for details).

    III. Delivery Time

    The total delivery time from order placement to arrival consists of two parts:

    • 1. Production Time
    • 2. Transportation Time

    For in-stock products, production time is zero, and the time to ship from China to your country is eliminated, resulting in a typical delivery time of 5–10 days.

    For customized products, the total delivery time is the sum of production time and transportation time.

    V. Issue Handling

    1. Changes to Shipping Information

    1.1 Pick-Up at Store

    If you need to pick up your package at a FedEx/UPS store, please inform us of the store address before the package is shipped. You must confirm with the store whether they allow pick-up to prevent the package from being delivered to an invalid or refused address.

    1.2 Change of Delivery Address

    Please confirm the accuracy of the address before shipping. If you need to change the delivery address after the package has been shipped, please contact Atbdoll@gmail.com.

    1.3 Change of Delivery Time/Delay

    If you are unable to receive the package at the courier’s estimated time, you can directly contact the courier to change the delivery time and inform us at Atbdoll@gmail.com.

    2. Shipping Delays

    If the delivery of your doll exceeds 60 working days, we will provide a full refund and ship a replacement doll to you free of charge.

    The following special circumstances are not subject to the above time limit:

    • If the product includes special features such as electric hips, oral functions, or implanted hair, or if you have specific requirements that extend production time, a separate delivery time will be agreed upon. If certain features require additional payment or confirmation before production, the delivery time will be calculated from the completion of confirmation.
    • If the product is shipped from China and production time is significantly extended due to special holidays or factory scheduling.
    • If the product is from brands with long production times, such as Elsa Babe or Fanreal. Please refer to the production time table above.
    • For U.S. warehouses, the maximum delivery time is 10 days, with a compensation eligibility period of 20 days. For European and Canadian warehouses, the maximum delivery time is 15 days, with a compensation eligibility period of 30 days. In case of out-of-stock situations at overseas warehouses, we will contact customers within 2 working days of order placement, and the compensation eligibility period starts from the final order confirmation.
    • If the delivery personnel repeatedly contact the recipient, but the recipient fails to clear customs or pick up the package, resulting in the package being returned or lost, we bear no responsibility.

    3. Shipping Damage

    Upon unboxing, if you find any defects in the product, please contact us immediately and provide photos and videos of the damage. We will handle it promptly!

    3.1 Minor Damage

    If you discover minor damage during unboxing, such as broken eyebrows, nails, makeup peeling, minor skin cracks, or protruding fingers, please contact us and provide photos and videos to apply for compensation. Compensation ranges from $10 to $100.

    3.2 Major Damage

    If the product is severely damaged upon receipt, such as significant skin damage, broken limbs, or other body parts, please contact us immediately and provide photos and videos of the damage. We will provide a full refund or reship the product. Return shipping costs will be covered by us, not you!

    4. Wrong Delivery or Lost Packages

    4.1 Wrong or Missing Products

    4.1.1 Main Product Errors

    If the doll you receive is completely different from the factory or website images, please provide photos or videos of the unboxing (including the entire body, head, shipping label, and outer packaging) within 24 hours of receipt. We will report and verify with the factory and shipping company and arrange a replacement. Keep the doll’s packaging intact, contact us at Atbdoll@gmail.com to obtain the return address, and send the doll back to the designated location. We will provide a full refund or cover shipping costs and resend the correct product.

    4.1.2 Errors or Missing Features/Accessories

    If the customized options of the doll are incorrect or missing, we will compensate you at twice the value of the erroneous or missing options. If the erroneous or missing options were free, we will compensate based on a minimum standard of $20.

    4.2 Lost Package Compensation

    If the tracking number indicates that your package has been delivered but you have not received it, please contact UPS/FedEx to file a claim as soon as possible and inform us. We will provide assistance or compensation based on the specific situation.

    5. Disclaimer

    During the transportation process, international shipping may be affected by various factors:

    • Weather and Natural Disasters: Adverse weather conditions, such as storms, floods, or earthquakes, may cause delays or interruptions in the shipping process.
    • Customs Inspections: Your package may be subject to customs inspections, which may result in additional delays or fees, depending on your country/region’s regulations.
    • Local Holidays: Local holidays may affect delivery times, as shipping companies may be closed or operate on reduced hours, leading to delays.
    • Political Situations and Regulatory Changes: Changes in political situations, government regulations, or trade policies may impact shipping routes and times.
    • Unforeseen Circumstances: Accidents, strikes, or operational issues within the shipping company may also cause delays.
